Piccolo’s Speed Disadvantage
Piccolo’s slower movement speed compared to 17 can be a hindrance. To compensate, he can use techniques like Solar Flare to immobilize 17 or Dragon Ball Hunter to track his movements. Dodoria’s Elite can also increase Piccolo’s mobility, allowing him to keep up with 17’s attacks.
17’s Energy Barriers
17’s powered-up energy barriers can block Piccolo’s Ki blasts. To overcome this, Piccolo should use his Special Beam Cannon, which can penetrate barriers. He can also use Hellzone Grenade to create a barrage of Ki blasts around 17, making it harder for him to block them all.
17’s Regenrative Abilities
17’s regenerative abilities make it difficult to damage him significantly. To counter this, Piccolo should focus on attacking 17’s stamina rather than his health. Techniques like Special Beam Cannon and Supernova can drain 17’s energy, weakening him over time. Piccolo can also use attacks like Continuous Energy Blast and Hellzone Grenade to prevent 17 from regenerating.
